Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), payment card details, or other confidential information by email.

Common Issues

The app will not open or closes unexpectedly

Try closing and reopening the app, checking the App Store for an update, and restarting your device. If the issue continues, contact us with your device model and any error messages you see.

News or other information is not loading

Check your internet connection and reopen the app. If the information still does not appear, tell us which screen or topic is affected and approximately when the issue occurred.

Notifications are not appearing

Check that notifications are allowed for U-NEWS in your device settings. Also check whether Focus or Do Not Disturb settings are silencing or hiding notifications.

Report a Content Issue

If you find news, information, or images that may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or affect your rights, please send the title, a link if available, or a screenshot, together with a description of your concern.

For content rights enquiries, explain your relationship to the content and provide a way for us to contact you. Share only the information needed to review the issue.
