Please read these Terms of Use carefully before registering, logging in, or using the TUKDAENG application ("Application"). By registering, logging in, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

Users agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue registration and cease using the Application immediately.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 20 years of age
• or otherwise legally eligible to enter into transactions under applicable laws
• be responsible for maintaining their own account
• keep their account credentials secure. Users must not share their password or account access with any third party

3. Nature of the Service

TUKDAENG is a platform for:

• buying and selling watches
• showcasing watch collections
• communication between buyers and sellers
• tracking watch prices and portfolio information
• building a community for watch enthusiasts. TUKDAENG is not a party to transactions between users
• does not guarantee the outcome, quality, authenticity or completion of any transaction conducted through the platform

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• content they post
• mages they upload
• messages sent through the Chat system
• offers submitted through the platform
• transactions conducted with other users. Users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to publish, distribute, or offer any content, information, or products displayed on the platform

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users must not post, upload, transmit, or distribute any of the following:

• Illegal Content — Illegal products or services, stolen goods, counterfeit products, forged documents, money laundering activities, fraudulent activities
• Intellectual Property Violations — Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, violation of intellectual property rights
• Inappropriate Content — Pornographic content, sexually explicit content, nudity, gambling-related content, illegal drugs or controlled substances, illegal weapons
• Harassment and Abuse — Bullying, harassment, threats, abusive language, hate speech, discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics
• Fraud and Misrepresentation — False product information, price manipulation or misrepresentation, creating fake accounts, impersonating another person, deceiving or defrauding other users
• Misuse of the Platform — Spam, automated bots, attempts to attack or disrupt the system, unauthorized access to data or services, reverse engineering, use of the platform for unlawful purposes

6. Enforcement and Penalties

If a violation of these Terms is detected, TUKDAENG reserves the right to take any action without prior notice.

• Level 1 — Remove content, hide content, issue warnings
• Level 2 — Restrict posting privileges, restrict messaging privileges, limit access to certain platform features
• Level 3 — Temporary account suspension, permanent account suspension
• Level 4 — Account termination, legal action, disclosure of information to relevant authorities as required by law

7. Reporting Content

Users may report:

• posts
• comments
• messages
• user accounts

that may violate these Terms of Use. TUKDAENG reserves the right to review reports and take appropriate action at its sole discretion

8. Termination of Service

TUKDAENG may:

• suspend accounts
• terminate accounts
• remove inappropriate content at its sole discretion and without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TUKDAENG shall not be liable for:

• damages arising from transactions between users
• the accuracy of user-generated content
• loss of profits, income, or business opportunities
• disputes between users

10. Amendments to Terms

TUKDAENG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
